Located in the middle of a block, known as a “flag lot”. The design was conceived as a U-shape wrapping around a private courtyard with the swimming pool and spa as the primary focus. The courtyard also frames views of the mountains to the west. Multiple outdoor living spaces are created with deep roof overhangs and a “ramada”

Situated on a gently sloping narrow lot in Kirkland, WA, large windows and an open floor plan fill this contemporary brick home with light, creating a seamless connection to the outdoors. 

Set on a hilltop overlooking Carmel and Monterey, this home is comprised of five independent structures.  The main house includes living room, dining room, and kitchen, plus a media and game room.  Two sets of guest quarters and the primary bedroom suite, plus the garage with more guest rooms above, surround a large outdoor courtyard.

This spacious condominium was rebuilt from scratch with all new cabinets, finishes, fixtures, lighting, and plan. Ceilings utilize cedar and metal detailing to carry the design through out the entire home.
